AshVik' Health Pvt. Ltd.,a health sector company has a broad vision of running a nationwide chain of specialist Pathology Labs and Blood Banks branded as “Renuka Diagnostics” and “BloodLink” respectively, along with other endeavours. We are eager to associate with Pathologists and Microbiologists who will partner us in this grand vision. We intend highly professional and commercially viable value creation in the Medical field through our innovative services and effective "human-touch" management.

We utilize state-of-the-art technology and equipment to carry out different tests and panels in the disciplines of Hematology, ELISA/CLIA, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Clinical Pathology, Serology, Infectious Diseases, Histopathology and Cytology, the workflow of which are managed in fully computerized workstations.



Began as a small laboratory in Dr Anil Shesh’s clinic in 1980 to cater to the diagnostic needs of a developing town in Chhattisgarh. As it did well, the next generation, Dr Ajay Shesh, guided by his parents, did MD in Pathology, and founded Renuka Diagnostics in 1998 as an independent speciality Pathology center.

In 2005, first collection center in Balco was started, soon 4 other collection centers opened in different parts of the district. Outside Korba district, a center a Champa was opened in 2006.

In Jan. 2009 a full fleshed separate lab was opened at Raigarh under the leadership of Dr. Atanu Chakrawarti. Today the lab has grown to large proportions with collection centers spanning from Kirodimal nagar till Gharghoda.

In Jan.2010, a state of the art lab was opened in Bilaspur under the leadership of Dr. B.P. Singh and Dr. Amit Mishra. The organization aims to lead the clinical pathology scene in Bilaspur within a span of two tears.

We have to look at the divinity and the merits inherent in each person, understand their right of dignified and honest dealing at both personal and professional fronts, and to ignore the shortcomings of their thought, word and deed.

Team/Staff – Beginning with our”people” paradigm, our team is the most important asset as an instrument to achieve our vision, at the same time, synergistically, Renuka diagnostics shall be the instrument for achieving their personal and professional vision.

Success and growth – are not for personal gratification but to reinforce our basic beliefs and the purpose of our being. Our reverence towards the world keeps increasing with each achievement and encourages us to discover new horizons.

Money/Profit – is our friend, associate and strength. It is not our boss. It is our vehicle and means to reach for our vision, it is not the purpose of our being or working. But of-course, profit is essential for the enterprise to grow, and to provide the opportunity for our employees and stakeholders to achieve their reasonable personal and professional objectives.

Technology – again a friend, associate, strength and vehicle for reaching vision, not our boss. It is not a substitute for people’s minds and the thinking process. We shall incorporate technology as a servant to achieve our goals and to support our basic beliefs.

Services/Market Segment

Pathology and Clinical laboratory diagnostic services, with blood bank services. We want this to be our niche and our principle area of focus. Diversification simply for the sake of expansion and money is not in harmony with our basic beliefs. We will concentrate on routine and semi-special investigations, leaving the sophisticated tests to other service providers. Our USP will be “QSDFC”, namely Quality, Speed, Dependability, Flexibility and Cost.

Target Market

Being a health service provider, whole population of the area served is our target market.

~ We abhor from unfair incentives to doctors and institutions for getting work. We believe that ours is not a dependant branch, as widely considered. It is the patient who feeds both the clinician and the diagnostician.


Aim is to earn a reasonable post-tax profit to continue on our path towards the mission. However, poor patients, needy ones, and on request of the clinician, appropriate discounts can be given, or the tests may be done even for free. Doctors and their immediate families are not charged.

There is a price list based on which the patients are charged. The price list may be revised from time to time.

From the Director’s Desk

A personal note from Dr Ajay Shesh MD

Being born a healthy human being, being endowed with such parents and teachers who guided me through all my failures drawbacks and falls, and being alive in this “technology driven information era” where health and especially diagnostic industry is booming, I find myself the luckiest person in the world. It is a human instinct to live, to love, to learn, and to leave a legacy, and I am no different.

I would like to leave a legacy of Renuka Diagnostics for the future generations. I know that I will have to work very hard and smart for this, and the future generations will be the actual beneficiaries, yet it will be heartening to have left my mark on the sands of time. I feel deep reverence towards the present people-and-material world, towards our past heroes, because of whose sacrifices, labor and research we have been given this beautiful world to be improved further.

It is an interdependent world, and shall always be. No one is omniscient. Hence personal humility and an ability to get along with people have to be the highest virtues for any individual or organization.
