Director’s Desk
Friends,
Renuka Diagnostics has been growing by leaps and bounds, thanks to your constant support and guidance over the years.
Right from inception, we have taken great care to deliver accurate results through tests at our laboratory to enable proper diagnosis by fellow medical professionals; our efforts are no different today, except that we have grown with experience and have become evermore responsible, thanks to increasing expectations from us.
As a responsible institution, we take great pride in introducing state-of-the-art technology in our chosen field of pathology, from time to time and as early as as possible. We have a team that has a strong desire to excel. We are aware that technology is just the means and not the end. Therefore, it is imperative that any laboratory has trained, professionally qualified experts at work because
OUR WORK AFFECTS LIVES.
We wish to take this opportunity to re-assure both doctors and patients of our commitment to provide them with best services and that at the most reasonable cost vis-à-vis the latest technology that we use for various tests supervised by a qualified ambitious consultant pathologist.
As a director of our nascent diagnostic company, I feel proud to inform you that we have developed a three pronged technology incorporation in our workflow, [a] installation of a highly advanced web-based LIMS [Laboratory Information and Management System] software from BirlaMedisoft[b] Web Site and Web services powered by Magnon Solutions; and [c] Our new ERP [Enterprise Resource Planning] initiative for high-end operational excellence as per ISO guidelines from Axis SoftTech, Delhi. We realize now that our dream of NABH accreditation is not far.
For our corporate clients, we have always striven to provide excellent packages and convenient timings. We expects their continuous patronage and assure them of our personalized services.
Last but not the least, a word of caution - please visit and refer to only qualified pathologists because LIFE IS PRECIOUS and laboratory results affect diagnosis of vital diseases; please do not take any chance with your or your patients' health.
With warm regards,
DR. AJAY SHESH, MD
